West Point
In the early ‘80s, completed historic renovations of Eisenhower Hall and Eisenhower, McArthur, Grant and Bradley Barracks. This work included maintenance, exterior repairs, roofing and masonry repairs and replacement, and repairs and replacement of H.V.A.C components.

NYC DDC
LIRR restoration and repairs of Sutphin Boulevard Bridge Jamaica Station was a complex project. Sutphin Boulevard Bridge/Jamaica Station is one of the busiest stations in New York City, with airport access, buses, trains, and subways access. The scope of work involved structural repairs, fireproofing, painting and replacement of electrical lighting. The station was open and operational during the restoration and the project was completed on time and on budget.
MTA
Completed very complex project for MTA, upgrading the existing bus washing facility at Ulmer Park Flatbush bus depot in Brooklyn. We replaced the existing bus washing equipment while the station remained operational. We completed the project on time and on budget.
Creedmoor Psychiatric Center
Completed renovations to wards at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center in Queens, NY.
