IA construction has quickly distinguished itself through quality, reliability, and client-focused service. Since its inception, the company has successfully completed a series of meaningful renovation projects for the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, revitalizing multiple churches with care, precision, and a deep respect for community spaces. These early achievements, combined with the firm’s leadership experience and strategic certifications as an MBE/DBE, have positioned IA Construction Solutions as a rising force in the construction management sector—delivering trusted results while building a foundation for long-term growth and impact.

The inspiration behind IA Construction Solutions LLC stems from Mike Ahmad’s lifelong immersion in the construction industry, having grown up working alongside his father and later leading major projects across the U.S. and internationally. After decades of experience managing complex developments and collaborating with public and private entities, Mike recognized a growing need for a firm that could blend hands-on expertise with personalized, high-quality service. Driven by a desire to bring integrity, accountability, and strategic vision to every phase of construction, he launched IA Construction Solutions in 2021 founded on the belief that even the most challenging projects can be delivered successfully through thoughtful planning, client-focused collaboration, and expert execution.

Mike Ahmad is a second-generation builder with a dynamic portfolio of national and international projects, ranging from luxury condominiums and medical facilities to high-profile government infrastructure. With hands-on leadership and deep industry knowledge, Mike has led his firms in delivering complex construction projects for esteemed clients such as the US Army Corps of Engineers, VA Medical Administration, MTA, and Marriott International. He is notably recognized for introducing the first Marriott hotel in Guyana and spearheading the upcoming Four Points Sheraton at Piarco International Airport in Trinidad.
Mike’s career reflects over two decades of strategic partnerships, sound project guidance, and a results-driven approach, making him a trusted advisor in both public and private sector developments.
